Fees & Payment

  • Cash Pay without Insurance (45-60 Minutes):  $135.00

  • Cash Pay without Insurance (30 Minutes):  $95.00

  • Late Cancel/No Show Fee:  $65.00

**Debit/Credit Card on file required to process payments.  HSA/FSA cards are also accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that not all situations go as planned and that appointments may need to be rescheduled.  I request at least 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment. If you provide less than 24 hour notice (which is not for an emergency) or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged $65.00 for the missed appointment.
